Zuora Delivery Architect (Hybrid in Bratislava)

We are looking for a <strong>Zuora Delivery Architect </strong>to be in charge of the delivery and execution of Zuora configurations and customizations. In combination with our Solution Architect, you will craft robust integrations that seamlessly connect Zuora with our broader range of systems related to Order-to-Cash processes for software business. In this role, your expertise will be crucial to optimize our subscription management platform, to enhance our Lead-to-Cash workflows and to support strategic programs such as our Xcelerator Marketplace. By leveraging your deep understanding of Zuora’s capabilities and integration skills, you will drive our software business initiatives forward: your work will directly impact our ability to deliver efficient, scalable and flexible subscription-based services to our customers, ultimately contributing to Siemens’ success in the evolving SaaS landscape.<br/><strong>Details: </strong>Schedule: Hybrid in Bratislava, Slovakia <br/>Start: ASAP <br/>English: Fluent <br/><br/><strong>Responsibilities</strong>: <ul><li>Implement, configure, test and maintain the Zuora solution, including workflows, custom events, custom objects and templates, with support of our Zuora operations consultant</li><li>Implement Zuora integrations with 3rd party applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Cloud platforms, online marketplaces or payment providers</li><li>Collaborate with other technical teams and provide knowledge and guidance about Zuora standard APIs, in the context of our existing customized implementation to design new interfaces, in collaboration with our Solution Architects.</li><li>Support our Zuora Operations team in data export/imports, incident analysis, solution enhancement, optimization and automation</li><li>Train Siemens users in Zuora handling and handover of the implemented solution to our Zuora technical consultants.</li></ul><br/><strong>Requirements: </strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.</li><li>At least 2 years of proven experience with Zuora, with hands-on implementation and a proven track record of workflow and third-party integration implementation.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Zuora APIs and Zuora Billing suite</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities</li><li>Technical skills, knowledge &amp; experience working with REST API (e.g. Postman tool) and SQL</li><li>Consulting experience for IT solutions in the area of subscription-based business, ERP or billing systems</li><li>Experience in solution design for complex use cases incl. requirement analysis and effort estimation</li><li>Understanding of application lifecycles from design, development, testing, handover to the customers and support</li><li>Language: English professional level (written &amp; verbal)</li></ul><br/>
