The IMA Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical research team. You will play a vital role in evaluating study participants, conducting exams, and ensuring compliance with clinical trial protocols. Salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 annually.Responsibilities:

Conduct diagnostic evaluations and determine trial eligibility based on prescreening assessments.
Perform physical exams, as applicable.
Maintain compliance with sponsor requirements, study protocols, and internal SOPs.
Communicate professionally with Sponsors, Study Monitors, and Medical Monitors.
Complete sponsor-required training.
Attend investigator meetings and study-related conferences as needed.

Education and Experience:

Licensed NP or PA with at least 2 years of clinical and/or research experience
Familiarity with clinical research workflows, including patient visit flow and trial operations, is preferred but not required—we are open to training motivated candidates with strong clinical backgrounds
