You will play a vital role in evaluating study participants, conducting exams, and ensuring compliance with clinical trial protocols. Salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 annually.Responsibilities:

The IMA Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical research team. You will play a vital role in evaluating study participants, conducting exams, and ensuring compliance with clinical trial protocols. Salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 annually.Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and determine trial eligibility based on prescreening assessments.
- Perform physical exams, as applicable.
- Maintain compliance with sponsor requirements, study protocols, and internal SOPs.
- Communicate professionally with Sponsors, Study Monitors, and Medical Monitors.
- Complete sponsor-required training.
- Attend investigator meetings and study-related conferences as needed.
- Licensed NP or PA with at least 2 years of clinical and/or research experience
- Familiarity with clinical research workflows, including patient visit flow and trial operations, is preferred but not required—we are open to training motivated candidates with strong clinical backgrounds
