Director, Insurance Product Management

 

This is an excellent opportunity to support and grow a multi Billion dollar written premium book of business.

 

The focus for this role is Massachusetts.

 

• Responsible for strategic vision of state growth and profitability
• Overlook the state business health and take appropriate actions
• Leads the continuous improvement of data & analytics to enhance pricing and underwriting
• Collaborates with other departments to execute state strategies.
• Leads the strategy and execution of state pricing, underwriting, forms and regulatory filings
• Managing a team

Education: Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent related experience preferred.

Experience: 9 - 11 years or Master's Degree equivalent plus 7 - 9 years.

 

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Three or more years of supervisory/managerial experience. Expertise in personal lines essential. Experience developing and implementing products, underwriting and coverage programs.
