Job Description

As a Supervising Digital Producer, you’ll helm a digital-based production engagement, partnering closely with creative, account, media, and project management teams and overseeing complex digital productions for a high-profile entertainment client. This endeavor breaks traditional agency norms for how an agency can and should work with clients. You will be immersed in the client’s day-to-day with a bespoke agency team crafted to support a large volume of creative needs including, but not limited to dynamic creative, social, video, DM, email and more. You will manage engagements with 3rd party content management platforms to oversee the creative automation workflow and asset management. Building relationships with the agency and client and becoming a trusted partner on digitally focused opportunities and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Producing & Production Management
    • Delineating and establishing the elements and phases of digital production, including roles and responsibilities, process maps, workflow, timing, quality control, tracking and archiving work, and trafficking/distribution.
    • Balance multiple projects with short and competing deadlines.
    • Leading meetings and interfacing with brand/agency leaders as required during the process—from the planning and briefing stages through delivery.
    • Establish and enforce process with team to ensure organization is impeccable.
    • Establish cadence and agendas for status calls for client and agency stakeholders as well as the team you manage.
  2. Client/Agency liaison
    • Acting as a conduit between creative and production resource teams; serving as the point of contact with other creative agency teams, media, content partners, and the Digital Studio (onshore/nearshore)
    • Demonstrating your value to the agency and client teams on a day-to-day basis by addressing challenges, merchandising our work, and regularly sharing wins, best practices, and new opportunities
    • Report to Razorfish Group Executive Producer and liaise with day-to-day client contacts who will assign and manage priorities.
  3. Project Management
    • Establish and update process as needed to organize and maintain assets for agency and within a pre-existing storage/archive infrastructure for client.
    • Organizing all project requests and assets so that they can be easily tracked and updated as needed; partnering with PM team to oversee all project deliverables using Atlassian suite of tools, Workfront, Gitlab and other internal agency tools.
    • Proactively thinking of ways to improve team communication and developing processes that lead to more effective collaboration.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience working on digital production campaign and/or editorial marketing for a media or entertainment brand.
  • Full command of all aspects of digital production, with a passion for keeping ahead of emerging technologies (XR, experiential, digital media, and social media in particular) to help us prioritize innovation in our work and in our process.
  • Experience in and full working knowledge of all disciplines of agency production (with an emphasis on digital)
  • Impeccable organizational and communication skills.
  • Understanding of producing modular creative. 
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Possible overtime or weekend work may be required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing your best work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience editing, animation, and video production (equipment, etc) a plus
  • Experience with Storyteq, Flashtalking or another CMP a plus
