Product Owner WMS/Senior Analyst, Technology Client Support

<p>Product Owner WMS</p> <p> </p> <p>Out team in Trecate keeps growing!</p> <p> </p> <p>As Product Owner WMS you will be part of an ambitious project combining technology, automation and sustainable innovation.</p> <p> </p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>The role main purpose is to Own the product backlog, challenge internal &amp; external customers to ensure the compliance of their requests with WMS strategy, support the design of new functionalities and secure implementation timelines &amp; quality.</p> <p> </p> <p>Main accountabilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Solution Design <ul> <li>Responsible for backlog sequence / priority setting of the backlog</li> <li>Responsible for the design of stories the product backlog </li> <li>Work with Operational engineers to turn business requirements into operational and system solutions</li> <li>Consult IT architects to turn requirements into a technical design</li> <li>Create issues (stories/change request) for business requirements and mobilize the Product Team(s) to work these out in detail in preparation for approval and implementation</li> </ul> </li> <li>Documentation <ul> <li>Validate System and Platform documentation on Confluence</li> </ul> </li> <li>Communication &amp; Reporting <ul> <li>Report project progress, risks mitigation &amp; issues management to internal &amp; external customers</li> <li>Maintain transparent communication with the team and the leadership</li> </ul> </li> <li>Cost / Quality / Lead time <ul> <li>Maintain timelines of requirements (Initiative, Epic, Stories) in Jira</li> <li>Setup and maintain PI’s </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of : <ul> <li>Logistics / Warehousing processes</li> <li>Agile way of working</li> <li>WMS processes</li> <li>Integration methods</li> </ul> </li> <li>Human skills <ul> <li>Ability to work in a complex matrix organization</li> <li>Comfortable with cultural diversity in an international organization</li> <li>Capable of establishing a positive rapport with colleagues in a transverse function (not hierarchical)</li> <li>Self-starting</li> </ul> </li> <li>Communication Skills <ul> <li>Great listening skills, curious to the unknown</li> <li>Write clearly and informatively, edits work for spelling and grammar</li> <li>Present organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience</li> <li>Excellent negotiation skills to deal effectively with individuals and groups within and outside the organization</li> <li>Clear oral communication with remote teams through phone / web conference calls</li> </ul> </li> <li>Time Management Skills <ul> <li>Demonstrate follow-up skills</li> <li>Provide timely and professional support to all internal/external customers and vendor</li> <li>Prioritize regular workload, special tasks and concurrent projects, allocating time and resources to ensure that work is completed accurately and efficiently within established time frame</li> </ul> </li> <li>Languages <ul> <li>Fluent in English</li> <li>Italian or French considered an asset</li> </ul> </li> <li>Experience <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years in a similar role</li> <li>Minimum 1 year working in an international environment</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What we offer:</p> <p>More information on the role, type of contract and working hours will be provided during the interview.
