Program/Service Delivery Manager

Job Title: Program/Service Delivery ManagerLocation: Chicago, ILSalary: $120,000 annually
Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program/Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Chicago, IL. This role requires a hands-on leader who will be based on-site at our headquarters, managing and enhancing our communication and collaboration technology infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects related to Cisco and Webex presentation systems, voice, and video productions. Experience in transitioning systems to Microsoft Teams is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:Lead the deployment and management of communication systems including Cisco, Webex, and other presentation technologies.Oversee voice and video production systems to ensure high-quality output and reliability.Manage full lifecycle of technology projects from conception through delivery, including planning, execution, and closing.Provide strategic leadership in transitioning existing systems to Microsoft Teams, optimizing our collaboration and communication platforms.Work closely with IT, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure technology alignment with business goals.Develop and implement best practices for service delivery, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, demonstrating project progress and alignment with broader organizational objectives.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management or service delivery role, specifically managing technology projects.Proven experience with Cisco and Webex systems, as well as voice and video production technologies.Demonstrated ability to lead significant system transitions, specifically to Microsoft Teams, is a significant plus.Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
