This position reports to the Senior Manager, End User Computing. The successful candidate will own and drive solutions for our enterprise. This would include the Windows endpoint management infrastructure as well as the ongoing management, monitoring, and maintenance for continuous health, stability, efficiency, scalability and extensibility with a focus towards providing automation solutions.

 What you will do:

        • Specializes in End User Computing with experience in administering and troubleshooting complex issues related to Windows endpoints

        • Provides expert guidance and support for Windows features, security, and optimization

        • Develops and updates documentation, policies, and procedures for Windows endpoint management

        • Collaborates with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with Nutrien's standards and best practices

        • Assist with maintaining the Windows endpoint environment using cloud-based solutions such as Intune and SCCM

What you will bring:

       • Degree/diploma in Computer Science or related field. A combination of education and/or experience will be considered 

       • 6+ years of related experience 

       • Related Microsoft Certifications and tools (project, word, excel) preferred 
       • Experience using tools such as, SCCM or other desktop management solutions 
       • Experience packaging and deploying applications to Windows desktops 
       • Experience administrating and supporting managed Windows desktop environments  
       • Experience with Virtualization Technology (Application, Desktop, etc.) 
       • Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Management 
       • Experience with VBScript and PowerShell 
       • Experience with AD group policies and their impact on the workstation environment 
       • Experience developing technical documentation and end user communications 
       • Experience using endpoint management tools in an enterprise environment 
       • Ability to interact with various levels of management in a multi-tasking, deadline oriented, team environment 
      • Solution-oriented with demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, peers and team members 
      • Exceptional skills in effectively managing multiple tasks, under pressure and within defined timelines 
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
      • Proven ability to work at all levels and interact with various levels of management 
      • Ability to lead and mentor junior team members 
      • High degree of initiative and self-motivation 

 

 

 

Compensation & Benefits:

 

$106,800 - $146,850 USD. This range is estimated for for a Sr. Advisor, Client Managment, End User Computing in Loveland, CO. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our plan(s), which provide discretionary award opportunities reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
