Both when it comes to financial and environmental matters, but also for our employees to feel that they bring value, wherever in the organization they may work.</p><h2><br/>What you’ll do at Elekta </h2><p></p><h2></h2><p>The role of the Global People Partner Lead is responsible for driving the Elekta People agenda operating as a strategic partner to the Leadership team whilst ensuring our global HR processes are implemented in accordance with Elekta’s policies, practices, and objectives. This role is required to have the personal impact and credibility to influence key decision-makers to enable future growth.</p><p></p><p>Besides this, the role also includes:</p><ul><li>Build trust and ensure a people-centric and value-added approach that supports business objectives</li><li>Increase the use of meaningful data-driven insights that enables the organization to improve decision-making on all things people acting as both coach and consultant across the business to develop and promote a comprehensive people management strategy</li><li>Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the business line level for alignment of the corporate People strategy with other business strategies</li><li>Drive organizational efficiency by ensuring that structure, job design, and competency needs are evaluated and developed in collaboration with centers of excellence</li><li>Anticipate and identify potential leadership gaps</li><li>Contribute to the development of global HR processes and programs by providing insight of business requirements and business specific commercial acumen to the CoE's</li><li>Delivering on Succession planning, Strategic workforce review and Talent review.</li></ul><p><br/>Responsible for supporting managers on:</p><ul><li>Global employee surveys (team development)</li><li>Coaching</li><li>Organization design and development</li><li>Pulse check</li><li>LTI & STI (global plan)</li><li>Annual merit execution</li><li>Job Architecture</li><li>Benchmarking & Equal pay</li><li>Special incentives </li></ul><p></p><h2>The right stuff</h2><p></p><h2></h2><p>To be able to be successful in the role as Global People Partner Lead here at Elekta we think that you have an:</p><ul><li>University degree in Human Resources, Business administration, Economics or equivalent</li><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience (mainly from the HR business partnering area), preferably gained in a dynamic, matrix and change-oriented global organization with process complexity</li><li>Culturally savvy, proven ability to work alongside and get results in a diverse cultural environment</li><li>Broad generalist with subject matter expertise in change management, organizational development, and re-design</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to think strategically and identify opportunities for improvement</li><li>In-depth knowledge and experience on transformational change activities and programs</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management, consultation and coaching skills, able to influence at senior level and balance the people and business aspects of the role</li><li>Strong business acumen – understands how decisions impact business performance</li><li>Strong Communication skills both written and verbal </li><li>Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and demands</li><li>Good IT skills, MS Office, HR database/systems management tools</li></ul><p></p><p>This is a wish list.
