A Typical Day

Lead the design development and implementation of Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud solutions for the
production and manufacturing plants. Lead technical design sessions for on-prem and cloud related
projects and solutions. Ensuring the stability, reliability, uptime, high availability, performance, security
and integrity of the systems and applications. Troubleshoot difficult problems, must quickly and correctly
accomplish repairs. Design, development, management, support for AD and Exchange On-Prem and
Cloud. Expert knowledge of Teams, Channels, private and public. Create and manage Teams environment,
security and files, Teams voice, Teams rooms and Teams live events. Develop and maintain SharePoint
sites, lists and libraries, manage existing custom sites, customize look and feel, adding web parts for
deploying custom solutions. Expert knowledge of Office 365 Admin Center, security policies, setup,
configuration and support. Management of Microsoft Cloud Security Solutions and troubleshooting. This
is a remote position – work from home in the Pacific time zone.

Job Responsibilities

Education and Experience required – Master’s degree in Computer Information System, Computer
Science or a closely-related field of concentration, and 1 year of experience in job offered, Systems
Administrator, Systems Analyst or any related IT position or occupation. The employer will also accept a
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information System, Computer Science or a closely related field of
concentration and 5 years of experience in the job offered, Systems Administrator, Systems Analyst or
any related IT position or occupation.
Special Requirements:
Educa��on or experience must include:
1. Hands-on O365 design & architecture experience.
2. Expert knowledge in installa��on, configura��on and support for O365.
3. Installa��on, configura��on and support for Exchange Server 2013, 2016, Windows Server 2008,
208R2, 2012, 2012R2, 2016.
4. Working knowledge in PowerShell 4.0 & 5.0, AD, AD Federa��on Services.
5. Proficient using O365 Migra��on Tool, Management Console.
Location – HQ: Hilmar, CA; remote position – work from home in the Pacific time zone
Travel – Travel 10% to 15% to visit facili��es in TX & KS.
Rate of pay – $142,709 to $149,486 per year
