MR&P COE Global Financial Analyst

This position is a Global FP&A role that will have support in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for the R&D, Global Regulatory Affairs, Global Marketing and Plant Health Organizations.  The main areas of focus will be business partnering with the key stakeholders in the regions to help drive transparent and accurate annual budgets, monthly financial forecasts, and monthly management reporting results.  The role will also be working closely with the Global Finance Manager, Finance Directors and Management Reporting and Planning Centres of Excellence to ensure alignment with regional FP&A processes. 

What you'll do with us:

• Reports directly to FP&A Senior/Manager and provides day-to-day financial support across key global functions including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and Plant Health.
• Supports annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and consolidated FP&A processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial planning and analysis.
• Acts as the primary contact for regional business partners, fostering strong collaboration and financial insight sharing.
• Drives internal order utilization to enhance project-level reporting accuracy and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Identifies cost-saving opportunities and process improvements, partnering closely with Procurement and other stakeholders.
• Prepares and distributes periodic management reporting packages; monitors monthly results for accuracy and compliance with FMC policies.

Your qualification & attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required; MBA, MA, or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of FP&A or accounting experience, with strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; SAP experience (BPC/BW) preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset and ability to solve complex business problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
• Comfortable presenting financial insights to non-financial stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
