**Overnight Shift**

 Warehouse Admin. (Full-Time) 

Location: Brewster, NY
Pay: $20 /hour (+ Overtime)

What You'll Do

• Enter and review customer account orders for accuracy
• Track items and quantities against what was selected by warehouse staff
• Build and map out delivery routes using the truck builder program
• Assign trucks to correct bay doors and ensure vendor returns are properly designated
• Export and deploy routes into the voice picking system
• Communicate additional orders or pallets to loading and yard crews
• Run reports and perform general data entry tasks
• Provide special instructions and escalate issues to management as needed
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced night shift environment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency (keyboard, mouse, and warehouse software)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under pressure
• Comfortable working in refrigerated and outdoor warehouse environments
• Ability to sit, stand, and use computer systems for extended periods
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and flexible with shifting priorities
• Previous warehouse or logistics admin experience is a plus
