Technical Operations Specialist

At LegionellaDossier, we are revolutionizing water safety and digitizing Legionella prevention management. Our SaaS platform enables consultants and businesses to efficiently manage water safety across thousands of buildings in the Netherlands, the UK, and beyond. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Technical Operations Specialist to enhance our internal systems, streamline technical processes, and ensure smooth product and data management.

What You’ll Be Doing As a Technical Operations Specialist? You will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our technical infrastructure, ensuring seamless product configuration, data integrity, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams to enhance internal processes and support company-wide growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Configuration
• Set up new products and pricing structures within our platform.
• Identify, report, and assist in resolving product-related issues.
• Test bug fixes and feature updates provided by the Product team.
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure accurate system configurations.

Data Management
• Handle client-related data exports, bulk changes, and location transfers.
• Identify and resolve database errors with manual adjustments when necessary.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across internal systems.

Onboarding & Offboarding
• Set up and deactivate employee and client accounts.
• Manage hardware provisioning, returns, wiping, and inventory updates.
• Maintain and update software licenses for staff.
• Source and deliver hardware to ensure smooth employee onboarding.

Hardware & Software Management
• Maintain hardware inventory and research new hardware solutions.
• Oversee software inventory, manage licensing, and implement software solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Manage system permissions and ensure secure software integrations.

Documentation & Reporting
• Create and maintain documentation for hardware inventory, software licensing, and integrations.
• Generate reports for internal tracking and compliance.

Network & System Administration
• Maintain and develop network infrastructure.
• Coordinate with external engineers for system improvements.
• Manage access controls, including Azure, GCP, and G Suite account setups.
• Oversee cloud services, payments, and group access configurations.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in technical operations, IT administration, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of product configuration, hardware, and software management.
• Proficiency in data management and troubleshooting database errors.
• Familiarity with Azure, GCP, and Google Workspace (G Suite).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
