She/he identifies the customer needs, prioritizes implementation steps, and orchestrates the relevant teams.The role works closely with the Platform Director & Head to shape the platform vision and ensure alignment across priorities and delivery.</p> <div><strong>As a Senior Product Manager, Gaming Platform, you will: </strong></div> <div><strong>Communication</strong></div> <ul> <li>Align the cross-functional teams around a cohesive roadmap, which brings platform/feature to market.</li> <li>Be a product advocate and supporter for internal stakeholders and articulate product decisions to all relevant parties in a clear and transparent manner.</li> <li>Articulate the platform proposition to users, the product team, internal stakeholders, and engineers.</li> <li>Create feedback loops throughout the process and ensures a constant alignment with all other product managers.</li> </ul> <div><strong>Engaging customers</strong></div> <ul> <li>Work with the Platform Director and the respective stakeholders, identify customer needs, translate them into product capabilities and specifications, create the vision of our product. </li> <li>Plan and execute a clear product vision while interacting with key stakeholders to understand their market drivers, strategies, and challenges, so that an optimal platform can be developed, driving CSAT and customer engagement.</li> </ul> <div><strong>Product </strong></div> <ul> <li>Manage and maintain a product roadmap and generate insights based on identified feature requests, analytics, pain points, and overall software strategy with the architects and engineers.</li> <li>Where applicable, define and develop user personas leveraging
