What you will do:

Operationalize Feature Intake & Delivery

  • Establish scalable intake and triage processes for feature requests across GTM and customer channels. Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to track prioritization, decisioning, and delivery outcomes for internal and customer-facing requests.

Drive Quarterly Roadmap Planning, Launches & Release Readiness:

  • Lead the quarterly planning process, aligning stakeholders across Product, GTM, and Finance to translate strategy into executable roadmaps.
  • Ensure alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for release communications, enablement, and launch execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing on strategic product launches, messaging readiness, and cross-functional enablement.
  • Track and communicate roadmap progress and product health to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Build Analytics & Instrumentation for Product Insight:

  • Partner with Product and Data teams to define and enforce product instrumentation practices.
  • Drive adoption of usage dashboards and metrics to inform roadmap decisions, track release success, and support customer engagement.

Lead Business Reviews and Reporting Cadence:

  • Own and scale Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that provide a unified view of product performance, roadmap health, and strategic alignment. Create operational dashboards and reporting rituals that drive transparency and accountability.

Optimize Resource Allocation and Forecasting:

  • Collaborate with Finance to track delivery capacity, forecast investment needs, and measure ROI of roadmap bets.
  • Improve cross-functional decision-making by bringing visibility to resource utilization and trade-offs.
  • Partner with Finance to align investments, forecast delivery capacity, and track ROI of roadmap bets.
  • Improve cost efficiency and decision-making by driving transparency into resource allocation and performance across teams.

Additional Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and the product organization — ensuring strategic alignment, clear communication, and operational readiness.
  • Lead and scale Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to provide a unified view of product performance, roadmap progress, key business metrics, and GTM alignment.
  • Drive execution excellence across teams by implementing consistent planning, tracking, and delivery frameworks that span from ideation to launch and growth.
  • Lead the quarterly planning process, facilitating prioritization and alignment across business and product stakeholders.
  • Design and manage operational dashboards, rituals, and reporting cadences that promote speed and accountability.

What you will bring with you

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Program Management roles in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally in cybersecurity, DevOps, or infrastructure domains.
  • Track record building and scaling operational frameworks for roadmap planning, cross-functional delivery, and product analytics.
  • Proficiency in analytics and instrumentation tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, GA4, or equivalent.
  • Experience with portfolio planning tools (e.g., Productboard, Aha!), issue tracking (e.g., Jira), and collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, Notion).
  • Proven success aligning diverse stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM teams.
