Intern

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in production efficiency and quality.
• Conduct research and analysis to support engineering projects and initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including reports, quotes, drawings, and specifications.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all engineering activities.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering principles, and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment (internships, co-ops, projects) is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $xxxxx-$xxxxx hourly. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.  The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.  Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
