Business Operations Manager

You will work with our leadership team to support our business operations in Hungary. </p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> This is a hybrid role in our Budapest office.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee the business operations and compliance of our Budapest office and Hungarian Entity</li> <li>Work with government entities, banks, accountants, legal, and other third parties to implement and maintain business operations</li> <li>Ensure proper corporate disclosure and compliance with jurisdictional corporation laws, and enable proper reporting and compliance</li> <li>Monitor corporate governance developments and assist in tailoring business practices to meet those needs in Hungary and the EU</li> <li>Partner with internal teams like HR and Accounting to ensure alignment with local compliance</li> <li>Other operational duties as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring: </strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years experience in business operations, with a focus on finance or compliance preferred</li> <li>Experience working with government entities, banks, attorneys, and other third-party vendors</li> <li>Proven ability to work independently and thrive when dealing with ambiguity</li> <li>Hungarian fluency and B2+ English proficiency are required, both written and spoken.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About DBeaver:</strong></p> <p>DBeaver Corporation provides a full-featured data solution that easily adapts to users' needs, from open-source tools, to all-in-one enterprise software.
