Sony is looking for new colleagues to the role of European Sales Support Specialist.

The Sales Business Operation Europe team based in Budapest provides administrative services for Sony’s all European offices in various languages. English is the main language of communication but this role will also require an excellent knowledge of Spanish.

We are looking for a precise and reliable person to execute administrative tasks such as order management, executing crediting processes, data entry in SAP and other tools used within the company. If you have great communication skills, analytical skills, service focus and proactivity, this opportunity might be right for you. If you have experience in sales support and working with SAP, you are a quick learner and efficient in time management to respect the service level agreements with our customers, we are looking for you.

You will be responsible for:

• Executing defined procedures and processes in scope

• Ensuring delivery of agreed service levels by Platform team

• Supporting team members

• Order processing, Return management, Dispute management

• Performing other activities as requested by Managers

You will bring:

• University Degree

• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English and Spanish

• 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Precise and focused when delivering a task

• Reliable and committed to complete assigned duties

• Responsibility and quality orientation by maintaining service level

• Ability to learn quickly complex systems and processes

• Process improvement mindset
