Requirements

We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Lead to join our team in Bucharest. This role is all about being close to the people and the day-to-day work - supporting our drivers and couriers, checking service quality, and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Role Description

• Overseeing daily branch operations in Romania, making sure drivers and couriers are supported at every step.

• Handling incoming requests and phone calls, providing fast and effective solutions.

• Checking the quality of work and ensuring processes are followed.

• Collaborating closely with the local team and headquarters to ensure smooth operations.

• Helping to organize onboarding sessions and ensuring new drivers are set up for success.

• Supporting drivers with documentation, questions, and operational issues.

• Taking a proactive role in spotting problems and finding practical solutions.

• Working with partners and suppliers to keep operations on track.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in operations, customer service, logistics, or a similar hands-on role.

• Strong people skills - you enjoy working directly with teams and customers.

• Problem-solver with a practical mindset.

• Good communication in Romanian and English.

• Comfortable with multitasking and managing fast-paced work.

• Positive, team-player attitude.
