Senior Program Manager - Global Business Operations

We're looking for a Program Manager to join our Global Business Operations team. In this role, you'll support the Regional Managing Director (MD) and leaders across the business. You will help them stay aligned, focused, and organized around the region's top priorities.

As a Program Manager Senior, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the planning of regional business reviews, tailoring content for executives and aligning with leadership messaging.
• Collecting and aligning inputs from various teams to deliver timely, high-quality materials that anticipate executive concerns and drive focused discussions.
• Coordinating the Regional Operating Committee (OC) by setting agendas, prioritizing strategic topics, and fostering productive cross-functional collaboration.
• Driving regional programs aligned with strategic goals, overseeing MD budget initiatives, and supporting global efforts.
• Collaborating with ID&E and HR to implement regional diversity priorities, analyze employee feedback, and drive engagement initiatives.
• Ensuring clarity in project ownership, maintain momentum, and proactively address potential blockers in cross-functional work
• Supporting regional communication efforts through All Hands meetings, updates, and leadership messaging to keep employees informed and connected.

• Have experience managing complex programs with structure, timelines, and clear goals.
• Have excellent writing and presentation skills, especially when preparing content for senior leaders.
• Show ability to work well with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Have the business acumen to connect the dots between strategy, execution, and results
• Have interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and experience working in global, matrixed teams.
