About the role:

The role is responsible for driving and coordinating real estate strategy and execution within the Americas region, ultimately contributing to the standardization of real estate strategy and transactions regionally and globally. The successful candidate is responsible for defining and deploying regional property strategy in collaboration with regional business leaders to achieve committed business outcomes. The successful candidate will represent real estate management functions and contribute to J&J Affiliate regional business plans identifying and defining real estate opportunities and developing appropriate solutions to achieve optimal results.

A suitable candidate for this role will have skills to facilitate decision-making processes, working collaboratively with senior levels and functions within the region.

Key relationships include MedTech and Innovative Medicine sector leaders, Regional Transaction Managers, Lease Administration, Legal and other E&PS teams including Project Delivery and Facilities Management.
