Job Description

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Animal Health Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long term goals.

The Technology Solutions Support animal monitoring Intern will support both our dairy and beef sales teams and customers. Technology Solution Support intern will provide on-site, and remote troubleshooting, installation startups and training for our animal monitoring systems both dairy and beef.

Key Competencies:

• Assist with system setup and configuration.

• On-site troubleshooting.

• Assist distribution installers and provide onsite support.

• Organized with the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks.

• Document software and hardware issues.

• Document warranty related issues.

• Work with sales to create site layouts and Technology solutions for monitoring

• Track and document work orders and incoming calls for failure analysis and escalation

• Organized with the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks.

• Document software and hardware issues with animal monitoring systems.

• Track and document incoming calls for failure analysis and escalation

Qualifications:

Education Minimum Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or associate degree with dairy. beef or technical emphasis.

• Herd Management software experience (DC305, PC Dart, etc.).

Required Experience & Skills

• Must possess a valid U.S. motor vehicle driver’s license without restriction.

• Excellent written, verbal and Microsoft Office skills.

• Should avoid any conflict of interest situations as it might apply to outside dealings with suppliers, vendors, customers, or prospects.

• Willingness to abide by all company policy and approval processes when traveling or purchasing company assets.

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:

$39,600.00-$105,500.00
