As a Senior Product Manager for Managed Service Providers (MSP), you will focus on Extreme Networks’ key initiatives in the MSP market. You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing comprehensive MSP solutions which provide capabilities that uniquely differentiate Extreme Networks from the competition. You will develop commercial offers, utilizing new go to market strategies, and enhancing existing solutions and use cases as needed. These solutions are comprised of products and services across the portfolio leveraging cloud-managed Wired, Wireless, SDWAN and security technologies to further the realization of the Infinite Enterprise for the MSP’s customers.
Product Managers play a highly visible role and are vital to the development and execution of the One Network, One Cloud, One Extreme product strategy which provides the foundation for the MSP offers. As a PLM, you will be responsible for delivering the best partner user experience and simplified business processes allowing our partners to become more productive and efficient. You must also excel at communication, collaboration, prioritization and accountability for solution delivery and adoption.
As a product manager, you will be working externally with Managed Service Providers to continually enhance and grow the business. This will include existing MSPs as well as new candidate MSPs for the Extreme offering. You will also work closely with the Channel Sales organization, Sales Operations, and Extreme IT. The other critical aspect of Product Management is working internally with all facets of engineering, product marketing and operations teams.
Required Skills:You have at least 10 years of product management experience with 5+ years of SaaS experience preferable.Bachelor’s degree preferably in the fields of computer science, engineering, or mathematicsExperience with SD-WAN, SaaS solutions, Managed Service Provider offeringsUnderstanding of consumption billing modelsAbility to creates alliances to develop an offering of exceptional design, quality, and experience and jointly improve our competitive advantagePrioritizing work and being responsible for a strategic roadmap for MSP use casesAssisting with cross-selling initiatives to enhance the partner experienceExperience with design/design research, and a history of building strong relationships with designers and engineers to deliver SaaS solutions that solve complex problemsTrack record of successfully delivering multifaceted projectsExcellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to articulate positioning and technologyAbility to prioritize numerous tasks and use data to drive decision makingThis position will eventually require up to 20% travel to partners
