We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with expertise in Salesforce and a strong background in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing IT projects, particularly those involving Salesforce implementations and integration with systems like Kaptio. This role requires excellent project management skills, a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, and a keen awareness of the unique challenges and opportunities within the travel sector.

Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Project Management:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for Salesforce initiatives, from planning and design to implementation and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

• Kaptio Integration:

  • Utilize expertise in Kaptio or similar systems to seamlessly integrate with Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure smooth data flow and synchronization between Salesforce and related travel industry platforms.

• Travel Industry Insight:

  • Leverage industry knowledge to understand and address specific requirements and challenges within the travel sector.
  • Provide strategic guidance on optimizing Salesforce for the unique needs of the travel industry.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.

• Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or objectives.

• Quality Assurance:

  • Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability and functionality of Salesforce solutions.

• Training and Support:

  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate end-users on new Salesforce functionalities.
  • Provide ongoing support and address user inquiries or issues post-implementation.

Skills

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a focus on Salesforce implementations.
  • Familiarity with Kaptio or similar travel industry systems.

• Certifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.

• Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
