Job Description

• You support our customers after the sales contract and are responsible for their identification via a certified online procedure. 
• You accompany the customers on their journey and are responsible for the independent processing of inquiries and requests. 
• You are responsible for the preparation and scheduling of the online ident conversation via IDNOW.

Qualifications

• You have an empathetic, open-minded and communicative personality with a lot of team spirit.
• You have experience in customer service or similar areas, or are an ambitious career changer.
• You have a positive charisma, attach great importance to satisfying customers.
• You have a positive Schufa score and clean criminal record.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in both Italian and German.
