$75,800 - $101,000
Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:
The Commercial Finance Analyst works as part of the Recycling Business Finance Team to provide business planning, reporting, analytical, and accounting support for the Commercial Channels & Recovered Fiber Procurement Business Managers and teams. Key customers include the Commercial Controller, Recovered Fiber Business Manager, Commercial Channel Managers and Business Controller . Key deliverables include: Management of business month-end and quarter-end closing, financial analyses and reporting of business results, internal control reports and overall compliance support, annual budget, and long-term planning support, and other related finance and accounting activities for the overall business.
- Provide business analytical support to the Business Managers, Commercial Controller, and Business Leadership
- Month-End Closing, reporting, and analysis of month-end operating and financial results
- Monitor internal controls and applicable reporting and support efforts to ensure internal controls are in place for compliance with corporate and business policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Support Foundational Accounting (BSR Reviews and Financial Modeling (Capital/Profitability)
- Drive efforts to monitor improvement initiatives and measure commercial performance via robust reporting & analytics
- Support Annual Operating Planning and Strategic Plan processes
- Acts as a business consultant to develop business processes, supported by standard work, to facilitate strategic business initiatives and ensure compliance
The Skills You Will Bring:
- B.S./B.A. Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Computer software proficiency in: Intermediate Excel, SAP, Business ERP Systems, Data Analytics Platforms, Business Intelligence & Data Warehouses, PowerPoint
- Exposure to and willingness to learn and further skills related to AO, Power BI, and other data analytical tools skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of GAAP, Internal Controls, and company financial policies
- Business experience involving general accounting activities, closing & reporting, analytics, and budgeting preferred
- Experience and understanding of strategic thinking, value creation, and optimization activities a plus
