This role is intended for highly accomplished engineers who combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking and organizational influence.</p> <p data-start="1228" data-end="1670">As a Staff Engineer, you will serve as a technical leader across multiple software initiatives, driving architectural decisions, establishing engineering standards, and solving some of the most complex technical challenges across engineering, manufacturing, robotics, and factory operations.
