As a Program Manager, you’ll play a vital leadership role in ensuring our programs run smoothly, our teams feel supported, and the individuals we serve receive the highest quality care. In this dynamic leadership position, you will:

  • Lead and support program staff through effective supervision, coaching, and performance management
  • Oversee daily program operations to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Manage personnel processes including hiring, scheduling, leave oversight, and corrective action
  • Collaborate with Quality and Compliance teams to manage incidents and maintain service excellence
  • Monitor program budgets, handle purchasing needs, and maintain financial responsibility
  • Participate in on‑call rotations to support regional operations
  • Ensure staff meet training and compliance requirements
  • Manage professional services, client funds, and (when applicable) medication distribution
  • Apply knowledge of labor guidelines such as seniority and overtime rules (where required)
  • Maintain a small caseload, depending on program needs

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalency for credited coursework and experience
  • 1-3 total years of experience
  • 1-3 total Supervisory/Managerial experience
  • NASDP Certification requires within 1 year of hire

 

Staff Management:

 

  • Supervise and engage program staff, providing in person direction, guidance, and support.
  • Conduct regular in person staff meetings to discuss program goals, updates, and challenges.
  • Actively participate in program and new hire orientation for DSP’s
  • Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff members.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring workload balance.
