This position is to communicate the product vision, roadmap, and plans to stakeholders.  This position will protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of any data that is customer sensitive or might adversely impact the reputation of GreenStone Farm Credit Services.

Major Responsibilities:

• Provides strategic direction on department initiatives and driving consistency with the core business plan of the product.
• Works closely with the VP of Enterprise Architecture to align the nCino and Salesforce products roadmap with the strategic leadership vision.
• Support Go-to-Market plans and business readiness activities (e.g., communications, training, policy and procedure updates).
• Leverage stakeholders in the organization to help achieve goals, deliver meaningful business outcomes, obtain necessary funding, and positively influence the strategic direction of the team and the company overall.
• Participate in work intake management processes to strategize and prioritize additional enhancements to the product.
• Generate actionable data-based insights, which can be leveraged to achieve product goals, and connect those goals to larger business goals.
• Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and market changes to ensure the product stays competitive.
• Assist in the management of key product relationships with various stakeholders, partners, experts, vendors, etc.
• Defining the product vision and roadmap to help align the product team and stakeholders around a common goal and understanding of what the product should be.
• Works directly with external vendors and internal technology resources to develop or enhance product delivery.

 

 

 

Position Requirements...

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Computer Science, Finance, or Business related majors preferred and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
• 3+ years of information services experience in multiple areas of IT is required. 
• Experience working with Advanced Commercial Banking System (ACBS) or Commercial Loan Servicing (CLS) knowledge is highly desired.
• Experience with MS Office Suite, Project Management tools, and Visio is preferred.
