We are looking for an Offshore Construction Lead who is excited by the opportunity to have ownership of their projects and help build CoreConstruct, the offshore construction division at CoreMarine.

CoreMarine is a digital-first construction partner, delivering tech and projects to the biggest sectors in the ocean economy.

The engineering team at CoreMarine is distributed across locations (Spain, Norway, and Australia) and two main verticals: CoreDigital and CoreConstruct. Our combined capabilities mean we are able to deliver comprehensive work and optimisations both in design and operations. Our teams deliver and support projects across multiple continents and with exciting partners.

In this role, you will: ✅

• Help build the CoreConstruct team and expand the offshore execution capabilities of CoreMarine
• Lead and execute CoreConstruct projects around the world
• Be responsible for PM and decision-making in your projects
• Share and discuss your technical inputs with other CoreMariners
• Work directly with our clients

⭐️ We also think you…

• Have at least 5 years’ experience in planning and managing offshore operations and installations, including:
• Working with SURF and mooring systems installation
• Project planning & management
• Offshore operations (managing, planning, and executing)
• Commercial & Contract Management
• Have a Masters or Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering, Marine Technical Engineering, Naval Architecture.
• Have experience working on offshore construction projects in different locations.
• Are excited by the opportunity to be responsible for project delivery and decision-making.
• Would like to accelerate your career development.

⭐️ Bonus points if you have…

• Strong commercial and Business Development skills and network
• Experience with other relevant aspects of offshore project delivery, e.g. towing or vessel capabilities
• Good communication and collaboration skills
