Job Description

Job Summary:  

Oversee Client Services department and drive sales while ensuring that all clients’ needs are met and provided with superior service. Salary Range: $100-130K + bonus structure

Responsibilities:

Supervisory:

• Manage and lead the Client Services team, help guide their development by motivating and challenging each member.
• Ensure that work is distributed in an efficient and effective manner across the Client Services team.
• Ensure adequate coverage and time management of the Client Services team.
• Regularly attend and actively contribute to departmental and company meetings.

Driving Sales:

• Work in collaboration with leadership team to seek out new business development opportunities.
• Gather competitive business intelligence relating to services, pricing, innovation and clients’ goals and needs.
• Manage sales forecast model to ensure targets are monitored and met across new business development and the cross-selling of our service lines.

Mastering Client Services:

• Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring a professional and positive experience with Resillion.
• Work closely with the Operations team to oversee project deadlines.
• Manage client related communication to ensure they are answered correctly and in a timely manner.

Financial:

• Deliver regular sales forecast reports as required utilizing company systems
• Working with the senior management prepare and issue quotes and RFP responses
• Ensure Client Services team and Finance department are invoicing projects at the appropriate cadence
• Working with Operations ensure work order processes are optimized and maintained

Secondary Functions:

• Stay current on all company policies, procedures and practices.
• Participate in cross-training programs to enhance versatility and ensure development of career path.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years experience in post-production with an emphasis in Mastering workflows.
• Strong understanding of relevant post-production tools/software and audio/video standards
• Superior attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to think in a clear, logical and organized manner and work under minimal supervision.

• Strong computer skills in the areas of networking and data management.
• Solid working knowledge of FileMaker, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce.
• Ability to generate, navigate and update Excel spreadsheets.
• Effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to concentrate and work efficiently and consistently.
