Primary Goal: The System Integration Team Lead position is a hands-on role requiring strong technical, research, and communication skills. In addition to working in and supporting a fast-paced environment improving workflow and process issues, this position will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of solutions that connect different software, hardware, and systems to ensure they work together seamlessly. Specifically, this role will leverage HubSpot expertise and programming language knowledge to focus on improving and connecting GLOBO’s HubSpot platform with other systems and tools to improve data flow, automate processes, and enhance overall business operations. Key duties include leading GLOBO’s integration team, developing integration strategies, managing projects, and working with cross-functional teams to meet business goals and maintain system functionality. This role will work on a variety of system integration projects in areas such IT, Operations, Finance, and Data Analytics. The System Integration Team Lead bridges high-level strategy with hands-on technical management, ensuring technical components work seamlessly together to meet business goals.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide CRM and Help Desk workflow improvements by designing and integrating systems via HubSpot and collecting data from requestors.
• Administer various services to users and groups within the organization via HubSpot.
• Maintain relationships and communication with vendors regarding HubSpot issues and needs.
• Manages and supports the Systems Integration team.  
• Monitor ticket queues and triage as necessary.
• Day-to-day L2/L3 IT Support needs for in-scope platforms.
• Create and document service requests, issues, problems, and changes. 
• Provides hands-on troubleshooting/support as needed. 
• Solving business processes by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
• Ensuring system reliability, performance, and adherence to standards (e.g., data integrity, security, and quality).
• Provide backup for Onboarding and Offboarding for various systems.
• Collaboratively build, standardize, & maintain GLOBO knowledge bases for support.
• Assist in the adoption and enforcement of security compliance.
• Completing IT Audits for internal procedures as well as client requests.
• Manage, support, and automate software, hardware deployed in the organization.
• Compliance: Work with the compliance team to ensure our systems and processes meet the requirements of our customers and the clauses and controls for the SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 9001 Certification standards.

Required Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent career experience
• HubSpot training and administrative experience required.
• Knowledge of the HubSpot programming language (HubL) as well as JS, CSS, HTML, and Python for scripting custom workflows within the HubSpot ecosphere. 
• 5+ years in the Information Technology field
• 3+ years experience integrating systems and as a Lead Systems Analyst
• 1+ years experience leading a team and mentoring others
• Working knowledge of IT operating systems, hardware, and software
• Experience with IT security procedures
• Demonstrated proficiency with Micro
