Project Manager, Medical Education

Hybrid based near Bloomington, IN

 

Will be responisible for projects within our Medical Education team.

 

The Project Manager provides subject matter expertise in defining scope of project and determining project methodology, resource allocation and facilitation based on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Establish project plans with associated milestones and deadlines• Communicate with staff and external vendors throughout projects• Act as a single point of contact and provide coordination of deliverables• Develop strong relationships with all stakeholders to create a high-functioning global project team• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule and with appropriate documented approvals• Train users on new systems and processes• Oversee routing, tracking, and archiving of project documentation• Identify and document project risks and issues• Provide coaching and guidance to team leaders in best project practices• Develop project status reports with team leads• Review project status reports and follow up on needed changes• Develop and document resource information and summaries

• Attend project status meetings• Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization

• Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Qualifications

• 4-year degree; or experience of such kind and amount as to provide a comparable background• A history of high performance demonstrating proficiency in several of the above listed job functions/duties

• Prior relevant experience which may include project management, training, education, or other disciplines. 

• Strong computer usage skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project)

• PMP certification preferred
