Together, we blend imaginative storytelling and performance-driven strategies with cutting-edge technology to create engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Netflix, Canva, Foot Locker, Philips &amp; Biscoff. <br/></em></p> <p><strong>JOB PURPOSE</strong></p> <p>Our SEO team empowers clients to develop and grow their online businesses through organic search in all its shapes and forms. You will go beyond simply executing SEO tasks; you will function as a strategic advisor to our clients by understanding their needs, challenging their goals, assessing feasibility and proposing hands-on solutions.</p> <p>This role requires an advanced level of SEO expertise, strategic planning skills, and a results-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate can manage and optimize SEO strategies and guide other SEO consultants effectively. You are a critical and analytical thinker, both curious and creative, with a solid understanding of SEO and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.</p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement effective SEO strategies that align with client objectives and target audiences</li> <li>Guide and educate other SEO consultants that assist you in carrying out the strategies and roadmaps you develop for your clients</li> <li>Next to strategic tasks, also perform foundational analyses like keyword researches, technical scans and backlink audits when the situation requires this</li> <li>Independently take part in new business pitches and other one-off client projects  </li> <li>Track performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to clients, emphasizing important metrics and suggestions for how to improve</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organic search and adapt strategies accordingly</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written</li> <li>At least 5 years of experience working in SEO</li> <li>Very strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive optimisation</li> <li>Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>WE OFFER</strong></p> <ul> <li>A flexible, hybrid working policy (2-3 days from the office, depending on location) and the opportunity to work from abroad for 13 weeks a year. </li> <li>24 vacation days per year and the possibility to buy an unlimited number of extra vacation days.</li> <li>DEPT®/YOU Learning Menu and DEPT®/YOU Special Programs.
