Job description:

We are in search of a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our Teamcenter PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) implementation projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with PLM systems, especially Teamcenter, and will oversee data migration, cutover, deployment, and release management.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage data migration tasks, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and transformation for seamless integration with Teamcenter.
•Supervise cutover planning and execution to ensure minimal disruption to business operations during the transition.
•Coordinate deployment activities such as system configuration, testing, and user training to ensure a smooth go-live process.
•Oversee release cycles, including planning, scheduling, and communication with stakeholders to ensure timely and successful releases.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and business units, to ensure successful project delivery.
•Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
•Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.

Qualifications:

•10+ years of experience in project management with a focus on Teamcenter PLM implementation.
•5 + years of Teamcenter experience

•Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale PLM implementation projects.
•Strong knowledge of data migration, cutover, deployment, and release management processes.
•Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Desired Skills:

•PMP Certification, Agile Certifications, or Master's degree
