 Integrity of Care:  ·         Service hour requirement of just 25 per week ·         Time to focus on BT support and training ·         Time to focus on parent and caregiver training and support ·         Time to thoughtfully analyze data and conduct research   POSITION EXPECTATIONS  KNR’s Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) manage and oversee the delivery of ABA therapy services to children with developmental delays, especially Autism Spectrum Disorders. The BCBAs perform assessments, develop treatment plans, lead and supervise a team of therapists, train staff, and work with parents and families.  PRINCIPLES OF PRACTICE:  •        Do No Harm•        Be Accountable•        Set Healthy Boundaries•        Take Responsibility•        Foster Positive Supervision•        Communicate with Empathy•        Inspire and Empower•        Foster Engagement PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: •        Conduct comprehensive behavioral skills assessments•        Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and programs based on assessment results•        Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans•        Modify treatment plans and programs as needed based on data-driven decisions•        Oversee treatment plan implementation and provide clinical supervision to staff•        Work collaboratively with members of the child’s team, family, and other professionals•        Provide regular training to families and caregivers•        Provide initial and ongoing training to therapists•        Write reports and maintain client records•        Create materials as needed to support program implementation•        Provide BCBA Supervision as needed (training and support provided)•        Ensure internal policies are followed  QUALIFICATIONS  •        Current certification as a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)•        Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with Autism•        Experience supervising BCBA candidates and RBTs•        Experience with various assessment tools and Central Reach•        Strong leadership skills•        Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
