As Senior Channel Operations Analyst on this team, you will be a key part of the Anthology Partnerships Program responsible for ensuring new and existing partners have access to the right resources and support to competently sell and implement Anthology solutions, as well as playing a pivotal role in crafting, launching, and delivering Anthology Partner solutions in the Education Technology space. You’ll use your experience in partner support, contracts, and deal support and be responsible for managing partner access to tools and programs, processing partner contracts, and supporting partners. You will report to the Vice President, Channel Sales (EMEA &amp; APAC), and work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance.</span></span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Primary responsibilities will include:</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Partner Administration</span></p><ul><li><span>Managing partner access to various systems and tools</span></li><li><span>Managing, processing, and maintaining records of partner contracts and amendments</span></li><li><span>Providing partners with and tracking partners’ access to demonstration environments</span></li><li><span>Collaborating with Finance to manage partners AR and AP accounts</span></li><li><span>Continual process optimization and strategic decision making related to partner administration</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Lead and Deal Support</span></p><ul><li><span>Managing the processing and tracking of partner Deal Registrations</span></li><li><span>Managing the processing and reporting of partner Lead Registrations</span></li><li><span>Accessing and supporting partner RFP requests</span></li><li><span>Guiding and assisting partners with various deal related inquiries</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Partner Success and Support</span></p><ul><li><span>Providing day-to-day partner and internal support related to channel topics</span></li><li><span>Tracking partner success in company systems/tools for analysis and reporting</span></li><li><span>Processing partner lead/deal registrations and communicating across departments, as needed</span></li><li><span>Providing partner support and guidance for contract, CRM opportunity tracking, system access, and other activity</span></li><li><span>Providing engagement support to partners and internal colleagues to execute annual sales objectives</span></li><li><span>Building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and Partner constituencies</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span><span>This role requires less than 10% travel</span><span>.</span></span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>The Candidate:</span></p><p><span>Required skills/qualifications:</span></p><ul><li><span>5-8 years of experience in a sales/partner/alliance/channel role, preferably in enterprise software industry</span></li><li><span>BA/BS degree with a preferred focus in Business or Marketing </span></li><li><span><span>Computer proficiency, including full command of Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Salesforce, </span><span>PowerBI</span><span>, and other applications utilized for position</span></span></li><li><span>Demonstrated interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally with a variety of internal and external audiences, particularly with executive level</span></li><li><span>Time management and prioritization skills</span></li><li><span>Fast learner, receptible to training, proactive, and independent</span></li><li><span>Quick thinker, calm in tough situations, adept at problem resolution, ability to think strategically while managing multiple projects and partners</span></li><li><span>Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to specific
