The Global Transportation Team is looking for his/her future Supply Chain Transportation Assistant M/W to support the implementation of SLA with Outdoor performance Brands
Your missions will be to assist with the coordination of SLA construction :
- Collect feedback from main stakeholders from D&T and Brands
- Participate to meeting review / Support animation of workshops
- Contribute to design SLA documents based on defined template
- Act as an interface between different internal departments
- Support administrative tasks according to the instructions of the Transportation leader
- Maintain and update Operations process documentations
- Ensure smooth flow of communication between all parties
- Test and conduct live implementation via monthly or quarterly reviews
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain or equivalent
Specific Skills:
- Good redactional skills (Words)
- Organizational talent
- Autonomous and proactive
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Language(s): Excellent standard of English (BILINGUAL) is a must, good standard of French is a plus
- IT skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Pack (Word and Power Point mainly)
