Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook.</p><p><br/>Inviting applications for the role of the Cash Specialist - Process Associate - English- Hybrid Bucharest<br/>Responsibilities <br/>•    All aspects of collections regarding debtor's ledger and also the need of detailing all collection activity.<br/>•    Booking payments and bank statement<br/>•    Facilitating the identification and resolution of any customer disputes <br/>•    Allocating and clarifying payments and also handling overdue payments <br/>•    Receive and resolve discrepancies (bank, business, customer contact) <br/>•    Prepare and dispatch dunning letters/statements <br/>•    Provide support to the AR Team Leader and Analyst for credit control activities as required. <br/>•    Month end processing and reporting requirements <br/>•    Ensuring all associate activities are compliant to the audit requirements <br/>•    Partner concern and follow through of issue’s re debtor's ledger <br/>•    Ensure Key Metric’s are met, and service is delivered to end users as encouraged <br/>Qualifications <br/>Minimum qualifications <br/>•    Very good knowledge of English, min.
