Flight Operations Coordinator- NAF Washington

Flight Operations Coordinator Position Requirements:

• Experience: At least 5 years working in a Navy Reserve Unit as either a military or commercial flight operations coordinator.
• Skill Areas:
  • Coordination with air-traffic control and maintenance personnel.
  • Dispatch operations.
  • Use of airfield landing and navigational aids.
  • Implementation of airfield safety procedures.
  • Maintenance and monitoring of flight records.
  • Application of weather information.
  • Coordination with dispatch service agents for air routing and airfield services.
  • Proficiency in flight planning software and aviation procedures
• Secret Clearance:
  • Must obtain and/or maintain DoD Secret Clearance
  • Must be US citizen with a minimum of a National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Checks (NACLC) investigation current
    within 5 years
