Job Responsibilities
- Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve residents' daily living skills
- Work collaboratively with nursing and therapy teams to ensure high-quality care
- Educate residents and families on exercises and adaptive techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active COTA license in California
- Strong passion for helping patients regain function and independence
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- SNF experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply
