Financial Planning and Analytics Analyst

The Zaxbys Support Center is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join the Financial Planning and Analysis team. The role will provide financial and analytical support to cross-functional teams across the organization. This position is hands-on, focused on delivering insightful analysis and driving well-informed, financially sound decisions.

This position is based in Atlanta, GA area and allows for a hybrid work schedule that includes 3 in-office days per week.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Essential duties may include but are not limited to the following:

• Prepare ad hoc and recurring analyses supporting Supply Chain, Menu & Calendar, and Development teams
• Provide weekly and monthly financial reporting on COGS, new product testing, menu/mix management, LTO performance tracking, menu pricing, competitor benchmarking, and capital/real estate projects
• Assist with Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
• Analyze and report on metrics, analyses, and KPIs to provide leadership with insights that guide decision-making and optimize results
• Provide recommendations and solutions related to the financial performance of the business decisions under consideration
• Maintain and enhance data pipelines, tools, and processes that enable ongoing analysis
• Independently identify and implement process improvements, including report automation
• Communicate consistently across various functions and departments to ensure alignment, collaboration, and timely delivery of analyses and insights

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Data Science or other quantitative field
• Experience: 1-3 years of finance experience; restaurant or retail industry experience is preferred

PAY RANGE

$78,000 - $86,000
