Inpatient Adolescent Psychiatrist in Scottsdale, AZ

 

Are you a passionate Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist seeking a fulfilling opportunity? Via Linda Behavioral Hospital, nestled in beautiful Scottsdale, AZ, is actively recruiting a full-time physician to join our dynamic team.

 

We are a 120-bed facility, providing comprehensive mental health services for adults and adolescents in both Inpatient and Outpatient settings. Specializing in treating a range of conditions including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and co-occurring addictions, we are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

 

This position qualifies for education loan repayment up to $125,000 over four years via Arizona BHLRP program. 

Position Details

• Full-Time Role: Choose between an employed or Independent Contractor/1099 position.
• Consistent Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift.
• Minimal Call/Weekends: Once monthly weekend rounding and one evening call per week.
• What You'll Do: Complete admissions, discharges, daily patient care follow ups, and treatment team leadership.
• Caseload: Inpatient Adolescent caseload average of 13-15 patients per day.

Qualifications

Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry.

Education: MD/DO degree from an accredited program.

Licensure: Current Arizona medical license, in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure.

Experience: Inpatient experience is preferred, but not required.
