Job Summary:

As a Senior Associate at PwC, you will play a critical role in delivering high-impact consulting services to our clients. You will work closely with our experienced consultants, leveraging your expertise to solve complex business challenges and drive strategic initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, interact with clients, and further develop your skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Collaborate with client teams to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.

Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Strategy Development: Assist in the development of strategic recommendations and action plans based on data analysis and industry best practices.

Project Management: Take ownership of project components, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing expertise and support on various aspects of client projects.

Presentation and Reporting: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports to convey insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

Required Experience and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an internationally recognised professional accounting designation (ACA, ACCA, CPA, ACA, CFA or equivalent). Candidates without the listed qualifications who have relevant consulting experience will also be considered; 

• Minimum of three years of relevant consulting experience at a professional services firm servicing a portfolio of various clients essential ;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing project requirements;

• Demonstrated project management and client relationship management skills;

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.);

• Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
