In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile methodology of delivery, including but not limited to intake and discovery/analysis of new work and work in progress within the backlog
  • Merchant Services, Underwriting & Risk experience within the financial services industry
  • Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking epics, features and user stories in backlogs, such as Confluence and Jira
  • Experience working with third party vendors
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance and implement new processes by proactively identifying roadblocks and developing recommendations for unforeseen issues
  • Experience influencing and building relationships with LOB stakeholders, product owners, technology, business analysis, or other internal partners
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques to discern customer, technical, and process impacts 
  • Leadership experience with ability to effectively manage and engage teams
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Experience taking initiative and working independently with minimal supervision within a matrix environment
  • Experience navigating through ambiguity
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and experience communicating and presenting information to senior leaders


Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
