Responsibilities & Qualifications
Monday - Friday
75% travel within southeast region
Pay range: $120K - $140K (based on experience) + Annual bonus based on KPIs
The assigned region includes: Tennessee, North Carolina, Florida and Georgia
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop training for location maintenance managers and mechanics
- Facilitate monthly corporate maintenance meetings
- Oversee utility tracking for region
- Oversee boiler maintenance programs and boiler operating license requirements
- Manage diesel generator availability
- Quarterly plant visits to:
- Review PM program
- Evaluate equipment condition
- Review/track local projects
- Review utility tracking
- Assist Engineering with capital project management for projects within region
- Act as Maintenance Manager for locations under 125,000 pounds per week
- Ensure compliance with safety items (Arc Flash, pressure vessels, etc.)
- Work on equipment rebuild
- Evaluate plant "tour readiness." Ensure plants are tour ready. Perform these reviews during quarterly visits
Reporting:
- Regional Maintenance Manager reports to VP of Engineering
- Location maintenance teams are dotted line to the regional maintenance manager and solid line to the GM for the location
- The responsibilities will evolve as we evolve and grow but above are some key responsibilities
