About the Role:
The role is situated within the Industrial and Supply Chain Function Integration and PMO team. Its primary objective is to support the North American Industrial and Supply Chain team by developing and implementing the Governance – Master Plan, Objectives (e.g., Budget KPIs), and Area Boards. This is done in alignment with the guidelines set by the North American Chief Business Officer (CBO), Chief Industrial & Supply Officer, Global Industrial Head, and Global Supply Chain Head. The role involves monitoring the governance of the Industrial and Supply Chain Area and coordinating all associated streams. The role requires daily collaboration with a range of internal stakeholders, including Plants, Controlling, and Area CBO staff.
Main Responsibilities:
- Facilitates integration of Area Industrial and Supply Chain managers by enhancing interactions with line managers and connections within Group and Area structures.
- Serves as PMO, coordinating all Area Industrial & Supply Chain activities through:
- Setting agendas and leading meetings for the Area Industrial Leadership Team and Area Supply Chain Leadership Team to ensure sponsorship, resource allocation, decision-making, and alignment with Global Industrial Head and Global Supply Chain Head.
- Organizing and facilitating the Industrial & Supply Joint Leadership Team Meeting to ensure effective sharing and monitoring of program scope, goals, and timelines, securing cross-functional support, addressing corrective actions, and identifying risk mitigation strategies.
- Conducting periodic Core team meetings with stream leaders as needed.
- Implementing regular checkpoints for each stream to monitor performance against commitments, manage problem-solving, and explore potential cross-stream synergies.
- Assists Area Industrial and Supply Chain managers by:
- Organizing and managing North American Industrial Board, Supply Chain Board, and Operations Board meetings, including agenda setting, engaging stakeholders (e.g., Plant Managers, Supply Chain Managers), preparing presentations, and conducting follow-ups on critical issues as needed.
- Supporting the creation of the North American Industrial and Supply Chain Master Plan by integrating Ferrero Group International priority projects, scheduling reviews, and aligning with Area and Group Dimension Owners.
- Coordinating the development and tracking of Industrial and Supply Chain Objectives & KPIs through the budgeting process and financial cycles from setting guidelines to final approval.
- Leading specific projects to enhance business growth and performance, providing updates to the Area Industrial and Supply Chain Manager on key functional and area projects and representing them in meetings as necessary.
- Facilitating the execution of Group Governance at the Area Level and coordinating with the Global Industrial and Supply Chain Heads as required.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree would be a plus
- At least ten years’ of experience with strong knowledge of the industrial and supply chain process.
- Proven expertise in program and project management, with a demonstrated ability to oversee and deliver complex projects.
- Strong understanding of budgeting and cost control processes, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a knack for fostering teamwork and collaboration among diverse groups.
- Excellent communication abilities, paired with a talent for motivating and inspiring team members.
- Strategic mindset, with a focus on forward planning and the capacity to anticipate future challenges and opportunities.
