THE JOB:

As a Bus Person & Food Runner at Din Tai Fung, you’ll play a vital role in creating seamless and memorable dining experiences. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized dining area, assisting servers with table upkeep, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of food to guests. You’ll keep tables spotless by clearing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking tableware, silverware, and condiments. At the same time, you’ll work closely with the culinary team to deliver dishes promptly and at the perfect temperature, ensuring each guest enjoys exceptional service. Your attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork will help uphold the high standards of excellence Aria Resort & Casino is known for.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.4695 plus tips
 

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner

• Clean and sanitize all equipment

• Keep floors free of debris and spills

• Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the property

• Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station

• Clean and sanitize tables and chairs

• Retrieve orders the warehouse and stock storeroom

• Assist with proper stock rotation

• Run food to tables as needed or requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• One year of experience working in food service

• One year face-to-face guest service experience

• Experience working in high-volume restaurant

• Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences

  Describes themselves as detail-oriented

  Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression

  Can handle multiple tasks at one time

• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
