Job Purpose

Completes key accounting functions.

Responsibilities

1. Prepares journal entries for Commissions, Salaries and Benefits.
2. Completes all Fixed Asset accounting.
3. Approves Business Transaction reconciliations.

1. Prepares journal entries for Commissions, Salaries and Benefits by:

· Obtaining and reviewing source documentation.

· Preparing journals in line with the Responsibility Matrix.

2. Completes all Fixed Asset accounting by:

· Maintaining asset listings for each entity and country.

· Preparing depreciation schedules and monthly deprecation entries for all Christie Lites locations.

· Providing coding for Fixed Asset purchases in DocuWare.

· Recording transfers of fixed assets.

· Completing reconciliations between the Fixed Asset Ledgers and the General Ledgers.

3. Approves Business Transaction reconciliations by:

· Reviewing the balance sheet reconciliations prepared by Business Transactions in accordance with the Responsibility Matrix.

· Experience with accounting software applications
