ABOUT THE ROLE

The Manager, North America eCommerce Marketing position is responsible for driving the US eCommerce strategy and digital commerce excellence in the US region by working closely with the brand and sales teams to drive key initiatives across the portfolio, develop best practices, and support execution of the strategic commercial plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive eCommerce strategy in alignment with category and sales teams:

  • Acts as COE for best-in-class practices for e-commerce marketing leads

  • Support customer engagement, joint planning, and long-term business building sessions

  • Serve as lead on retail management in partnership with Flywheel on key accounts

  • Collaborates with local brand on content, ratings & reviews and search engine optimization strategies

  • Lead monthly meetings with eComm brand leads to drive e-commerce initiatives and wiring across the organization

  • Drive Global partnership and collaboration via global eCommerce, brand, and RD&E teams

  • Attend industry conferences to deepen expertise in digital commerce technologies and identify capabilities to accelerate growth over the next 3-5 years

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ year of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5 years of relevant experience

• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

Technical Skills

• Understanding of eComm fundamentals, including but not limited to principles of assortment, search, content and digital marketing

• Understanding of New Product Development Commercialization Process

Leadership Skills

• Ability to collaborate and influence across functions

• Ability to adapt to changing work and customer demands.

• Ability to deal with ambiguity

• Entrepreneurial.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees.

• Full-time on-site role in West Loop, Chicago office
