Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

The Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis plays a key role in supporting Link Logistics’ financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting processes. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality financial and operational analysis, developing forecasting models, and providing actionable insights to business leaders across the organization. The Senior Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with corporate objectives and ensure data-driven decision-making. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, technical proficiency, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for working closely with different business groups on Capital Expenditure forecasting and analysis on a quarterly and monthly basis. 

• Work closely with the key partners to develop the annual plan and monthly forecasts in line with corporate planning & forecasting guidelines.  

• Refine existing forecasting processes and models, including automation of recurring tasks . 

• Develop analytics and other ad hoc reporting that provide important insights to the efficiency of functional areas .

• Understand and master a multitude of financial systems and processes to provide support and training as needed .

• Analyze the existing processes, tools and deliverables for effectiveness and ease of use .

• Utilize data for annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and quarter end close.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-5+ years of demonstrated Finance and/or Accounting experience.

• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical/problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams across many levels of management. 

• Ability to meet tight deadlines demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail. 

• The ideal candidate is highly motivated and a strategic problem solver with the ability to see the big picture while working with ambiguity and uncertainty. 

• Advanced proficiency in Excel. 

• Real estate background a plus. 

• Basic proficiency in Power Point. 

• Experience with data extraction tools such as Yardi or Google LOOKER.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Cognos, Tableau or similar.
